Salade, etc

Vegetable stalls at the market have the same effect on me now as sweety shops used to have when I was little.  I want to buy everything, especially if it's leafy and green.
Today's "new" thing to try was aillet, very young garlic.  It can be used in salads (like spring onions), or cooked and it's deceptively powerful.  Be warned, a little goes a looooong way...
